4. π Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, B1G Panel will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 2 business days
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the affected user or service provider of the action taken
- Provide the affected party with the opportunity to file a counter-notification if they believe the content was wrongly removed
5. π€ Counter-Notification Procedure
If content associated with your B1G IPTV account was removed due to a DMCA notice that you believe was erroneous or submitted in bad faith, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address
- Identification of the removed content and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a US Federal Court (if you are in the US) or to UK courts (if you are outside the US)
- Your physical or electronic signature
6. π Repeat Infringers
B1G Panel maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances. Accounts found to repeatedly infringe copyright may be suspended or permanently terminated.
7. π Third-Party Content
B1G Panel acts as an intermediary providing access to third-party IPTV content. We do not host, produce or own the content streamed through our B1G IPTV service. Copyright claims relating to specific broadcast channels should also be directed to the relevant content provider.
