B1G Panel credits that have not been used to activate any subscriptions may be considered for a refund or exchange within 48 hours of purchase. Once credits have been used to activate a subscription, they are non-refundable. Bulk credit purchases (60+ credits) are governed by the same eligibility criteria above.
